1 Definitions and Introduction

In these Terms, "taka", "we", "site" or "platform" refers to the taka-bet.cam website and all related digital services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to anyone who has opened or intends to open an account on this site. "Bet" refers to any wager placed in the taka betting section. "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit provided by taka.

2 Account Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on taka. Account registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. taka may request necessary information or documents to verify age at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is prohibited. If multiple accounts operated from the same device, address, or payment method are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information regarding name, address, mobile number, or date of birth is a direct violation of these Terms. taka may at any time request a copy of a national identity card or passport to verify information.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Your account must not be shared with anyone else. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, you must notify taka support immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit at taka is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

3.1 Payment Terms

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all transactions on the account will be investigated and funds may be held.

3.2 Transaction Cancellation

A withdrawal request that has already begun processing cannot be cancelled by the user. taka reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if there is suspicion of fraud or evidence of a terms violation.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

taka's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed.

4.1 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the bonus balance will be held separately until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit after receiving the bonus; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless taka explicitly permits it.
• Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering; the detailed terms for each promotion will be stated separately.

4.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

The weekly taka Festival Bonus, taka Cricket Dhamaka, Slot Festival Bonus, and other promotions each have their own wagering requirements. Reading the relevant terms before claiming these promotions is mandatory. taka reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Evidence of bonus abuse — such as one person using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or exploiting loopholes in the system — will be treated as a serious violation of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered final when a confirmation message is received from the taka system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue or network error, it will not be accepted. It is the user's responsibility to verify all information before placing a bet.

5.2 Multi Bet

In a multi bet — where wagers are placed on multiple events together — all selections must be correct for the full bet to win. If one selection is wrong, the entire bet amount is lost. Multi bets may not be accepted on related events where the outcome of one event affects another.

5.3 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sporting event is cancelled or suspended before the scheduled time, a decision will be made in accordance with taka policy. Generally, the stake on a cancelled event is refunded; however, different rules may apply for tournaments or certain specific markets.

5.4 Maximum Payout Limit

A maximum payout limit is set for each betting market, which varies by market and event. taka reserves the right at its own discretion to limit the amount of high-value bets.

6 Casino Game Rules

The taka casino section offers various types of games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, and fishing games. Each game has its own RTP and rules, which can be found within the game or in the information section.

6.1 Game Errors and Technical Issues

If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned. taka does not recognise any winnings gained in an abnormal manner due to a "system error".

6.2 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a bet remains incomplete due to a disconnection, it will be settled based on the state at which it was processed.

7 VIP and Cashback Programme

The taka VIP programme has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is given at each level based on the week's net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold.

Cashback is added to the account automatically. There are no wagering requirements on cashback; however, taka reserves the right to hold cashback in the case of any unusual transactions. VIP level is determined based on the volume and activity of play.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taka platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or accessing another person's account.
• Opening an account using a false identity or information.
• Placing bets or playing games using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using taka for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour with other users.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by taka

If there is suspicion of a terms violation, taka may temporarily suspend any account without notice. Transactions on the relevant account will be held during the investigation. If no violation is found during the investigation, the account will be reinstated.

9.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting taka support. Before closing the account, all outstanding wagering requirements must be completed and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may request that your account be locked for a specific period of time. Detailed information on this can be found in the Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

taka places the highest importance on the security of users' personal information. The site uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and data transfers secure. taka does not share users' personal information with third parties without a valid legal obligation.

11 Limitation of Liability

If a user suffers a loss due to technical issues on the taka platform, internet outages, or errors in third-party services, taka's liability will be limited. taka will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Online betting and gaming carry financial risk. taka makes no promise of guaranteed winnings. Playing within one's own financial means is the user's own responsibility.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a transaction or betting result, first contact taka support via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team assists in both Bengali and English.

13 Right to Modify or Discontinue Services

taka may add or discontinue any game, betting market, bonus offer, or service at any time and without reason. There is no obligation to give advance notice of such changes, though users will be informed where possible.

If taka decides to shut down the entire platform, all valid balances will be returned through the appropriate withdrawal process.

14 Applicable Law

The applicable law of the authority operating taka will be followed in the formulation of these Terms and in the resolution of any disputes. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to use this site in compliance with the laws of their own country.

Users accessing the site from Bangladesh are requested to remain aware of local laws and regulations.

15 Changes to Terms
